VisitPouch is a digital product in development. These terms explain the founding-family preorder. Please read them together with our privacy policy and refund policy.
The founding-family offer
The annual family plan preorder is US$69 for the first year, charged once upfront in USD. It includes up to five personal and family profiles and 12 months of access starting when access is provided to you. There is no automatic subscription renewal. Any offer to continue beyond those 12 months will require a separate decision and payment.
The planned launch price for the same five-profile annual plan is US$99/year. The preorder saves US$30 on your first year against that planned annual price. US$99/year is a future launch price, not a price previously charged or a guaranteed renewal price. The discount is limited to 10 places and ends when those places are reserved or access launches, whichever comes first. Joining the free email waitlist does not reserve this first-year price or create a paid order.
The planned initial product includes reusable personal details, review and update tools, and exportable visit summaries. Your bank or card issuer may charge separate currency conversion fees. This is a digital product; no physical pouch is included in your order.
Reserving a discounted place
A place is reserved when payment checkout starts. It remains reserved if you close or leave checkout without paying, so the number of places remaining is not a count of paid customers. Starting checkout alone does not confirm a paid preorder. Payment must be captured and verified before your order is confirmed.
If you need to resume an unfinished checkout, use the same browser tab or contact support with the email you entered and your order reference, if available. Once all places are reserved, new discounted checkouts close. You can still join the free email waitlist. We will not automatically charge the planned launch price instead.
Timing and development
We plan to provide access in November 2026, no later than 30 November 2026. We will use your order email for relevant progress and access updates. If we miss that date, you can request a full refund or explicitly choose to keep waiting. Your access period does not begin while you are waiting.
The interactive preview contains fictional sample information and illustrates the intended direction. It is not the released product. We will tell preorder customers about material changes to the promised offer and provide a refund option before access begins.
AI intake drafts and visit briefs shown in the previews are planned features. We will publish any AI usage allowances before access begins. Native mobile apps and connections to external assistants, including MCP and Muse connectors, are roadmap concepts. Their availability is not guaranteed as part of this preorder and may depend on approval by other providers. If the delivered offer changes materially, you can request a refund before access begins.
Clinic compatibility
Clinic systems and requirements vary. VisitPouch does not guarantee that every clinic will accept a profile or summary, or that every form can be automatically completed. A clinic may require its own forms, identity checks, signatures, consents and updated answers. You are responsible for reviewing information before using or sharing it.
Medical scope
VisitPouch is intended to help organise information. It does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, emergency response or medical advice. Healthcare decisions should be made with an appropriate professional.
Payment confirmation
An order is confirmed once payment is captured and verified with Razorpay. Closing the checkout or seeing a bank authorisation alone does not confirm access. Keep your order reference for support. Availability of payment methods depends on your country, card issuer and the payment provider.
Cancellations and your rights
You can request a full refund before access begins. See the refund policy. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights available under the laws that apply to you.
Using the site
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact information, and do not submit another person’s medical or payment details without authority. Do not misuse the site or attempt to access other customers’ orders.
