VisitPouch is a digital product in development. These terms explain the founding-family preorder. Please read them together with our privacy policy and refund policy.
The founding-family offer
The total preorder price displayed by VisitPouch is US$149, charged once in USD. It includes up to five personal and family profiles and 12 months of access starting when access is provided to you. There is no automatic subscription renewal. Any offer to continue beyond those 12 months will require a separate decision and payment.
The planned initial product includes reusable personal details, review and update tools, and exportable visit summaries. Your bank or card issuer may charge separate currency conversion fees. The artwork on this page does not represent a physical pouch included in your order.
Timing and development
We plan to provide access in November 2026, no later than 30 November 2026. We will use your order email for relevant progress and access updates. If we miss that date, you can request a full refund or explicitly choose to keep waiting. Your access period does not begin while you are waiting.
The interactive preview contains fictional sample information and illustrates the intended direction. It is not the released product. We will tell preorder customers about material changes to the promised offer and provide a refund option before access begins.
Clinic compatibility
Clinic systems and requirements vary. VisitPouch does not guarantee that every clinic will accept a profile or summary, or that every form can be automatically completed. A clinic may require its own forms, identity checks, signatures, consents and updated answers. You are responsible for reviewing information before using or sharing it.
Medical scope
VisitPouch is intended to help organise information. It does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, emergency response or medical advice. Healthcare decisions should be made with an appropriate professional.
Payment confirmation
An order is confirmed once payment is captured and verified with Razorpay. Closing the checkout or seeing a bank authorisation alone does not confirm access. Keep your order reference for support. Availability of payment methods depends on your country, card issuer and the payment provider.
Cancellations and your rights
You can request a full refund before access begins. See the refund policy. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights available under the laws that apply to you.
Using the site
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact information, and do not submit another person’s medical or payment details without authority. Do not misuse the site or attempt to access other customers’ orders.
