This policy covers the VisitPouch preorder website. The future VisitPouch health-information product will have its own detailed privacy information before you provide any health data.
What this page collects
When checkout opens, we collect your name, email address, selected country, acceptance of the preorder terms and order information. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, identity documents or insurance information here.
Payment processing
Razorpay processes payments. Your contact and order details are passed to Razorpay to create and manage your order. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Razorpay handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
How your information is used
We use preorder information to manage your payment, handle support or refunds, send relevant progress and access updates, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your preorder details or use them for advertising.
Storage and service providers
Razorpay stores order and payment records, including the contact details attached to your order. Vercel hosts this site and may process technical request data such as IP addresses for service delivery and security. These providers may process information outside your country. We use a signed session token in your browser’s session storage to reconnect you to a checkout in the same browser tab. It does not contain your medical information or payment credentials.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to stop optional updates. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. Records are retained only for those purposes or while your preorder requires support.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not include advertising trackers or audience-analytics scripts. Payment providers may use their own technologies when you open checkout. Browser session storage is used only to support your order.
Adults and family profiles
Preorders must be placed by an adult. No dependent or child profile information is collected on this website. The privacy and permission requirements for family profiles will be explained before the product becomes available.
